Position requires a dedicated creative team leader
with experience and the ability to create and drive
our established 80 seat restaurant.
Restaurant Manager:
A strong leader with a personal touch, this position
will put you in the front line with our international
customers. Requires experience,
Fluent French & English.
Caviste:
Strong wine knowledge including new world wines.
Management of our purchase and retail department.
French and English essential, good IT skills preferred.
